iOS apple rejection message

Apple rejected my application third time today. They write it as the reason

5. 2.2 LEGAL: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - THIRD PARTY SITES/SERVICES

However, your app still contains content or features that may infringe upon rights owned by news and media outlet, .....

I check the screen shots that they sent and it is because of the logo i used in application.

Is there any other meaning of that sentence that they wrote as the rejection description ?

Other than what? If it's a logo then they're saying the logo is copyright or trademarked by someone else. Are they right?

No they are not. This is the logo of the company that i developed the application for them. Beside the logo they send two screenshots more. They are just main screen and detail page. I think their problem is not only with logo

Unless you're going to show the app to us I don't think we can tell you what the problem is. Find a friend or lawyer you trust to look these things over.

Remember that you don't have to have a logo or name that's identical to an existing copyright or trademarked image. It might be infringement if they're similar. I guess Apple is warning you about that.

I've always found the people at Apple to be a quite reasonable bunch of people, you just need to talk to them. There are several ways of getting in contact with them.
A quick phone conversation can save you the guess work if you are not sure why the app was rejected.

They did not reject your app because you used the logo of the company the app is being developed for....it sounds to me like you are using copyrighted stuff and keep submitting it hoping they won't notice this time, lol.

You really need to read their message, take it to heart, fix it, and re-submit the app, and stop wasting people's time.

If you developed an app for a company (with their authorization), then their legal department should have sent you some sort of signed contract or other legal document granting you the right to use their trademarks. If it's a small company, get the owner or CEO to write one up for you. Just send a copy of that legal document (and the company's contact info for that document) to Apple with your rejection response and you should be good to go.

If you submitted an app without first contacting the company's legal department or CEO, then you might be in violation of several laws, and that's why your app was rejected. If you just talked to some low level manager, they likely don't have authorization to grant legal permission to use trademarks registered to the company. IANAL, so you may need to discuss this with your lawyer for an opinion correct for your jurisdiction.

I just have a few simple apps in the store for some labratories,drivingschools etc
I always use their content logo's design etc
I never been rejected, neither did I provided any declaration for using their copyrighted material...

Have you added some kind of advertisements to generate money?

Just a few days ago I uploaded a new app again without any questions asked its online..

Do you access other's content? If so you need the license for such access.

Logo's are covered by trademark law. And, IIRC, proper use of trademarks is mentioned in Apple's Developer agreement and app submission guidelines.
