I have a 20" iMac with the Apple Remote on the side and I've started to notice that it doesn't stick as well as it use to do.
I think that the magnet inside the remote is loosing it's strength or something.

Know what I should do ?

ps: I bought my iMac in January 2007

The remote doesn't have a magnet -- the computer has the magnet.

My guess is that the magnet somehow got dislodged inside your computer case. I've had my iMac much longer and don't have a problem with it. I guess you could try taking your computer apart to fix it, but I'd suggest calling apple support first. They might have an easier answer.

The reason for that is probably, that the magnet is at one certain spot on your imac, and if you don't hit it properly with your remote, the remote drops... as simple as that!
