Apple Repair --> Canada only [iPod]

hey i sent my iPod mini to get its battery replaced last week and the site told me to send it to markham ontario. I went to canada post, however, i checked the tracking site today and it's been delievered to Markham, Ontario, and some guy Juan I, signed for it.....Now, i am sure i sent it to the right place because even the postal code on my receipt is the same as the one in the email they sent to me. So why has it been shipped to Unionville? And why does Juan have my iPod?

I had my ipod mini battery replaced in Jan. It took exactly 1 week to receive the replacement mini (1 week from the time I had my defective battery mini picked up by the courrier).
