Here's how the story went...
My computer was having screen problems so I brought it to the Apple Store and they decided that the logic board needed to be replaced. They went ahead and repaired the computer and after a week I got my Powerbook back. Unfortunately, when I took it home and turned it on, it major screen problems and the whole system would just freeze. The screen went white and began to fade. Here's what the screen looked like:

I went back to the Apple Store the next morning and talked with a genius. Luckily, the genius I spoke to recognized me and remembered that my computer had just been repaired yesterday so he knew something bad had happened. Anyway, I spent 10 minutes trying to get the computer to show the defect which it did. He offered to have it repaired again with another logic board, but I told him that it had already been through 3 logic boards already. At that point, he agreed that 3 logic boards in a little more than a year was too much so he offered to swap my Powerbook for a Macbook Pro. Of course, I took his offer and...
Now I'm here sitting here typing this with my new 2.16GHz C2D MBP. I like my new computer a lot. The Apple genius I talked to was really understanding and cool about the situation. Great customer service on his part. Anyway, I just thought you guys would like to hear about this.
