Apple Retail Leadership Scheme (UK)

Hello Mac Community.

Do any of you have any experience of the Apple Retail Leadership scheme? I applied and got my first round interview in a couple of weeks - just not quite sure what to expect.

Any tips and advice would definitely be appreciated, especially regarding what I should wear to the interview.



Apple is just an employer among other employers. Just wear normal clothes and act normally, don't try to be better than you are or cheat them with some other way. They don't differ from other employers

Yeah, that sounds cool. Decent clothes but not too good like a suit, so your outfit sounds good.

I once asked an offer from Finnish reseller but their offer was a lot worse than my current contract was so that's why I'm sticking with building PCs

Hey,

Just be yourself and play it cool i have been to two myself and ask atleast 1 question but not too many and dont do what i saw so many people do and laugh at stupid little things or be too over confident and interrupt them, try and come across as willing to learn and allways look happy. all ways look like you are interested in what they say because when i went for a interview there was about 6 geniuses and 20 people and they where making notes all the time. just play it cool and good luck.

Whats the overall dress code for an interview with Apple, as I get the impression a suit is over the top and that the Steve Jobs look wouldn't go down too well.
