Apple Retail Questions *Updated*

Hey! So, I'm a recent High School grad that was looking into a job at Apple retail (more specifically inventory because it doesn't seem to have many qualifications and I know there is an open spot in a retailer near me). I was wondering if anyone here would know how flexible Apple is with college schedules? I plan on going in to the store in the next few days to ask but I was curious to see who here would know or has worked at Apple retail during college. If anyone would be willing to share their experiences working at Apple, that would be great!

EDIT: So I already went into the store and asked about flexibility, now I just need to write a darn cover letter. If anyone has any tips, that would help me out a lot (cause this is the first time i have ever had to write a cover letter for a job...)

I worked for Apple for 2 years in undergrad. It was a pretty great job for the time and I'd recommend it. However, the inventory team worked mainly between 7 and 4, so unless that has changed (or you have a class schedule that allows for working during the day) you may have scheduling conflicts.

The Apple Store I worked at p/t for 4 years was staffed mostly by part-time college students. The store was extremely flexible with schedules, period. I'm sure that varies by location, though.

I remember I did an interview last summer and they demanded a 20hour a week minimum availability.

That must vary by store, also. It was 15 hours at my store.

So I went in and talked to one of the managers and they said they were very flexible with college students and in fact have a lot of college students currently working for them. But thank you anyways to those who responded!

Now, I am looking into writing a cover letter for the application. I have never written one before but I know your not to use "To whom it may concern" but I don't quite now how to open the letter besides "Dear Manager" which sounds really cheesy... Any help with this part too would be great (especially ex or current Apple employees )
