Apple Retail Store discounts?

Hello, I was wanting to know if anyone know's if the Apple retail stores ever offer discounts other than the usual Back to School promo. Thinking about buying a new Imac this week. I was going to go through the online store with a refurb, but if I can get some kind of discount through the retail store I may go that way. Any info is greatly appreciated.

There are education and military discounts as well.

They offer educational, military and business discounts. Varies by model. If you check their online store, you'll see links on the left for the stores mentioned above. Pricing is reflected in each store. Retail stores sell for the same price, with the exception of some education facilities.
