Apple Retail Store Hiring Process

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew how the Apple Retail Store hiring process goes? I applied for a Genius Bar position for an Apple Store that hasn't opened yet and got an email inviting me to a recruiting seminar and I'm just trying to figure out what to expect. Is this in interview type situation, or just telling me about the jobs?
