Apple Security Concern

Twice today I've had this pop up - once on my iPad and once on my iMac.

I'm not sure how serious this is and what I should do. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I would recommend you change the password and sign out all devices which you don’t recognize

sounds like your password was part of a data breach. are you reusing your apple password on any other websites? check https://haveibeenpwned.com

Thanks for the quick replies. I just changed my Apple password. I assumer the 2FA is preventing further problems.
