I ordered a MacBook but my order got lost so apple sent me a replacement and I ended up receiving both of them so can I keep both of them? I was thinking to give one to someone instead of returning it. Is it legal to keep? Don’t wanna be in trouble.

You can’t legally keep it. And morally, you shouldn't keep it.

Legally you can't keep it because you claimed one as lost when it wasn't.

While there’s a law which says you can keep stuff you never ordered. I’m not sure how it works if a missing item is filed. Then it shows up after a replacement is sent.

I know when it’s happened with Walmart. Walmart just told me to keep it. But that was just groceries. So, I don’t know if they said that because it was my right or just not worth it to them to pay for return shipping.

Pick the one you want to keep.
Call Apple.
Explain what happened.
They'll pay for the return of the other one.

You received two items and only paid for one. You should contact Apple and arrange for the collection of the extra item. To me that’s common sense.

I don’t know how you get the impression that you’re entitled to keep both.

The right thing to do is tell Apple your received two. If apple ever marks it as missing or lost they can block it from being activated anyway. Just return it.

Oh COME ON. If your sense of ethics is this screwed up, you need help. Of course you don't keep both of them.

You either have no ethics or just playing games. Apple will block out black list what ever the serial number is of the first one which if you GIVE it too some on will screw them over. Remember this they have your credit card number and even if the funds are not available can make it rough on you.
