i ordered my mini 5 minutes after it was announced. said it would ship within 24 hours. still hasn't left China or wherever the warehouse is that it's sitting in. everyone else has there's, including the Apple store down the street. i ordered online because usually the retail store takes a little while to get stock. not this time. annoying.

Yeah, I have the 20 inch iMac in mind - ordered it on Wednesday (upgraded video card), they say it will ship on March 6th. Hoping that they'll get the deed done faster than they say...

I ordered my G5 on a Monday with an expected ship date of like Friday.

I got it Wednesday.

I ordred my iBook on a Tuesday with a two-week ship time.

I got it the next day.

I ordered my iMac G5 the day it was announced.

I got it in late effing September.

I ordered my Power Mac G4 MDD on a Tuesday with a two-week ship time.

I got it two months later.

No, they are far from accurate.

As of right now, 35 days before my MacBook arrives. :(

The estimated ship date, however, is exactly 4 weeks from my order date, so I hope that the estimate is a very, very conservative guestimate.

i understand mine taking an extra day maybe because i added some CTO RAM but what baffles me is that it's coming from over seas. there are folks on here in Connecticut (just across the water from me) who got their stock mini the next morning!? just doesn't make any sense to me.

I ordered my MacBook Pro on Feb 1. The Shipping date was March 8th but I actually received word from Apple that it has shipped out on March 1 (yesterday). I checked FedEx and it's Alaska right now with an ETA of Monday, March 6... I like it when Apple's early.. it makes my day..

My ship date was the 28th of February initially, but then was moved back to March 8th when the upgrades took place. It shipped on the 28th, like it originally said, and should be here on March 3rd. So I bet yours will ship sooner than estimated.

Well the stock ones probably pre-shipped to the us and when people ordered them they got them immediatly. When you CTO your mac, it's done in the factory in Shanghai, so your mac ships from there.
