My PM got shipped last Wednesday. Delivery was expected in 3 days. When i called TNT today to track the delivery, they said "Sorry, we've no record of that consignment number. Doesnt look like we've received it yet". The apple order tracking just says that K&N picked up the PM from Ireland and thats it - nothing else. I've called Apple but they were about as useful as a chocolate fireplace. From what I can gather, K&N pick up the PM from ireland, ship it to the netherlands where TNT ship it together with the monitor. Does this sound right ? I hope it hasn't got lost or anything. I've searched the forums and it sounds like a lot of ppl have problems with the apple store deliveries in Europe.

Trust me TNT are awful, they lost my Tiger, then it turned up 2 hours away in Northampton. They then got it back to Birmingham, I went to collect it and they had locked it in a cage and couldnt find the key. TNT organization is awful.

Oh Great ! That fillls me with confidence

Same here

Couple of months ago I ordered 5 Mac mini's, wireless keyboard/mice , Airport stations each etc.. fully specced machines. They took weeks and weeks to arrive - so was given Tiger copies as compensation and an apology that it had taken so long.

Last tuesday, 9am, ordered PowerBook. This is 8 days later and although the shipment was built and shipped out of Shanghai in 2 days (well done) - can any single person in Apple tell me where it is? It is not even in the tracking system yet. Apparently even after it makes it to the handover it will take 3 days or so for TNT to get it to me. Nobody can offer any kind of explanation why Apple need a week to transfer it from one carrier to the other? Why does Apple have such difficulty shipping? When I send stuff it manages to get there in a couple of days? I am awfully confused - it is obviously sitting on a palette somewhere doing nothing along with all the other items on the palette! And nobody seems to know why.

Love the products but their Logistics are utterly appalling for a modern business in a competitive market. Maybe it is great in America but in Europe it is remarkably bad! Woeful.

Ordered 60gig iPOD back 6th June, I still havn't received it.. I have had an email saying it has been shipped but the tracking number doesn't work, I just get 'Not found' on the TNT site..

I had emails saying sorry the item you have ordered is in great demand etc etc, but the item that was ouit of stock wasn't ordered.

After speaking to them they apologised and said it must have been a mix up and everything is in stock will will ship straight away.

I had a telephone message, 'sorry but some of you order isn't in stock we will ship what we have the rest will be end of June....

Havn't got any of it yet...

I will be thinking twice before ordering from them again,

I sent an iBook back to apple for return once and they lost it at Apple. I had proof that it was delievered to them and they would not own up to the fact they lost it there. It took me well over a month to get them to admit they lost my computer and to give me my money. It was crazy  Best of luck to you in finding your shipment.
