When I use my Apple smart battery case, It charges my phone and keeps it at 100% when the screen is on and i'm using it, but when it sleeps, the case stops charging the phone after 10-15 of no usage even though there's still charge in the case. I have to disconnect the case and reconnect it in order to get it to resume charging, but the same thing happens again after 10-15 minutes. I've tried rebooting my phone but the issue still happens. Is anyone experiencing this issue? This is my third battery case I've gotten thinking it was an hardware defect.

Weird. As long as the case has a charge it should keep your phone at 100 percent, even when your phone is off. Sounds like your phone has a problem maybe. Did you check that your lightening port is clean?
