Apple Smart Keyboard Cntrl-Option-Command

Does anyone remember how to activate the shortcut for this key combination on the Apple Smart Keyboard? It's supposed to bring up a list of the shortcuts available to you (given whatever context). I'm pretty sure I saw this demo'd and then tried it myself several times in the Store. But now that I have an IPP and the Apple Smart Keyboard, I can't get it to work.

Pressing the Command key will bring up a context/app specific list of available keyboard shortcuts.
