iPod apple still selling old 5.5g ipod

wen i goto the homeschool store, select any of the macs, then pretend im buying it, so i add it to the cart, but the screen after that asks me if i want a free ipod nano, or upgrade my ipod, and the ipods that are there are the old ones, wen is apple gonna update this?

The free iPod deal is only only on the older model iPod and nano

If you want an iPod Nano 2nd Generation i.e Not the ones that have just been released or an iPod 5.5G order now.
If you want one of the new iPod's, i.e. released on Sept 5th, with your new Mac, tough, it ain't happening.

Mac + Old iPod = (but hurry)
Mac + New iPod = Not happening
