This morning I downloaded the iPod Touch App "Apple store", supposedly good for info about the apple store etc.

Now I find that I can't send mail at all - it tries to reach a server that somehow the apple store app changed my mail server name to apple.(original server).
I've deleted the app, but still can't send mail.

I can still receive mail though.

Upon installing, the app asked if I wanted to enable push notifications, but I said no.

I checked the settings for the account in Settings but nothing seems to have changed.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

**edit...after removing the app and re-syncing the problem seems to be gone.

Still wondering why it went bad? Is there something the app does that screws up yahoo mail?

**2nd Edit..

Failing again... Connection to the outgoing server "apple.smtp.mail.yahoo.com" failed. Why would there suddenly be "apple" in front of the smtp address???
