Looks like the Apple Store in Cardiff is finally getting a little bigger. Wall panels are up with a sign saying “Update in Progress”.

The original store was only one unit and it looks to be expanding into an additional unit, should be a fairly significant upgrade!

Good stuff, I was at the initial opening, still have the t-shirt, though personally I wish they’d open a small store in Swansea, as Cardiff is an hour plus travel for me.

I was beginning to wonder when it would open again! It seemed quite up to date to me, but I remember the one down the arcade (went in there with a friend to buy the new OSX on disc!) and the one on Caerphilly Road before that… I’m not that old…

I walked past it a couple of weeks back and saw this boarding up. I tend to avoid going in as it’s hell on earth most of the time, just full of people playing with the devices, teenagers mostly. If it gets bigger, hopefully it’ll be a more pleasant experience.
