Apple Store down?

I was just about to browse the iPods in the store when I was given the "We'll be back shortly"

Surprise refresh? Or leading us on :)

It appears to be down. And I was just looking to purchase an Apple TV too. I'm guessing it may just be the Lion USB sticks?

Since the servers appear to be playing up, I'm guessing this is indeed just maintenance. Still no PowerBook G5 then :(

Apologies, I wasn't sure where to post this under (not familiar with the site beyond the PowerPC and "latest postings" on the right hand side of the site).

But intriguing for the downtime nonetheless :)
It seems to fail under TenFourFox, while under Safari it loads fine.

The back of beyond.
I got the store down post it. Came here to see if there was going to be anything new and when I went back I can't get on the store at all. Must be a fault rather than new product.

MobileMe down as well

Trying to log in to MobileMe and that's not working either. iDisk seems to work from my iPhone, but not iMac. Maybe a related update?

I'm able to get into mobile me, both my mail.app works and also on safari.

The store down, looks more like something happened then bringing it down for some specific reason. Normally when apple does this, the we'll be right back notice pops up quickly.

For me, I see safari just sitting there and spinning eventually coming back with that notice

I went to check the state on my iMac order and can't get on :( Oddly it's just the store though. If you browse through the tabs and **** without going into the store it works fine. Only got the apple BRB message once though, the rest of the time it just won't load.

Also, I tested it on downforeveryoneorjustme.com and it confirms that the store is down. I just bought an upgrade so I don't really care if it's a new product, I just want to know if mine has processed yet lol

It's a problem with the store I think. It doesn't load for me at all. I hope iCloud's more reliable than the that!

Product refresh of iPad 2, now with retina
Oh, sorry, my mindset change failed: there is no retina pad

By the way: MobileMe worked for me sending mail from iPhone and receive on iPad

How long has it been like this?

I was browsing on the Apple store a quarter ago and then it stopped...

I wonders what's going on :)
