Which would you go to get your new Iphone?
I heard there were issues when the last model came out with APPLE charging people incorrectly.
Is this an issue?
Also would love to hear from those people who ordered there phone through the AT&T store.

I'd recommend going to the ATT store (if they have them in stock). If you run into an issue buying the phone, ATT can help, Apple cannot. You get the same service after you purchase your phone regardless.

The only thing different is ATT charges a 10% re-stocking fee if you return the phone. But who does that? :)

If you buy from AT&T are you stuck with going back to AT&T if there are problems?

i tend to disagree and like going to the apple store over att because every single att employee that I've encountered with one exception were complete idiots. also, idk if they offer you mobileme for a $30 off discount at att.

I was perfectly pleased with my purchase experience at the AT&T store. I suppose if I'd needed to ask questions about hardware or whatnot I might have preferred the Apple store, but I knew what I wanted and was in and out in ten minutes with a shiny new iPhone.

Nope. I bought my iPhone from AT&T and was able to exchange it at the Apple store when I had an issue. For me it was better because the AT&T store was closer.

You can also do your accessories shopping at the Apple store along with the iPhone purchase.
