Mine supposed to be picked up at an apple store tomorrow. But as of now I have yet received any email confirming the pick up. I did receive the order in process email right after I preordered and set the pick up time window. Does anyone know if I should be expecting that confirmation email today or just go in store tomorrow?

You'll get an e-mail sometime after midnight.
don't worry. you'll be fine. this was the same thing last year for the X. I've got a series 4 and XS Max on hold for pickup tomorrow morning as well. some users have been getting notifications already today and the rest of us will likely get them sometime this evening. If I were to guess the notifications are somehow tied to when Apple Stores accept the phones in to stock and officially have one sitting in store with your name on it.
i have picked up every year, none of that matters. i never looked if it was ready to pickup or what the status was i always just went in on my time window. you will be fine just go in your time window. Usually they update status after midnight tho.
