What is the app that all of the folks at the apple store have that has the genius bar's appointments on it??

You mean the Concierge? Its is a web based appointment system, not an iPhone/iPod Touch application as far as I know (for us consumers I believe). I don't think the Geniuses use anything different.

Yes the concierge, because you know you walk in they have their iphone's in their hands and your name is on it, they click on it and it's linked to the screen behind the genius bar. It'd be a cool app to set up appointments and stuff

Its a web app, and they gotta login to it

You could probably set up some kind of system yourself. Have a desktop sync with an webapp you have created.
