I've been having trouble with my iPhone 5 for a while, it's lock button has become increasingly more difficult and less responsive. It works but I'd like to get it fixed. Problem is I don't know if Apple store refurbs will come with iOS 6.1.2 or 6.1.3 and I'd like to maintain my jailbreak. Any info helps, thanks

I got an apple store replacement on 6.0.2 about a week ago..
Still under the one year warranty until September
Went in this weekend do to my 64gb iphone 5 down volume button not working. I had 6.12 installed and dreaded getting a refurb with 6.1.3. Luckily the replacement they gave me came with 6.0.2 and could not be happier. Could not stand losing my jailbreak.
My advice the longer you wait the better chance you have of getting 6.1.3. Someone also brought up the fact the the 16gb models are more popular and will probably see 6.1.3 installed do to replacing more frequently.

i think at the start of tomorrow is probably the "deadline" since the tweaked iphone 5 is coming out tomorrow. all the old stock will probably be removed (unless they're going to use that for refurb replacements which there is still a chance)
