Apple Store Requirements

Does anyone know the requirements to work at an Apple Store? The web site doesn't say the age requirements (I'm 16), if they want job experience (I never had a job), and if they want job experience, how many years will I need to work? I'm willing to do anything to get the job. (I'm also applying for a job at my local Best Buy)
 
I think it depends, because there's many different types of roles at the store, but they do have a student program as well, although you might have to wait until you're a bit older perhaps. I'm not sure. Maybe someone here who also works at a store will be able to help.

I wouldn't NOT apply to the Apple store just because someone online told you that they wouldn't hire him.

Apply to any and all jobs that your are interested in and see what happens. If anything, filling out applications and going to interviews are great aids for your future job hunts.

The more you do it, the better you will become at applying to and eventually landing jobs!

In his case, it is correct. In order to work in an Apple Store, you have to be 18. That is because as he pointed out, he can not sign a NDA since he is a minor still( and possibly other factors).

I was hired. The IPA has a place for your parent to sign, but Apple Legal & HR doesn't want to hire anyone under 18 because they can't directly sue a minor. My store's manager pushed my hiring and almost got fired for it. When you assume you make an ass out of you and me.

That's Interesting, but like mstrze said, it wouldn't hurt to try. Maybe I'll get lucky and get a job at an Apple Store like you. :cool:

When you first apply they ask you questions, how can you change some of your answers? I tried to reapply, but they won't let me take the Questionnaire again, or maybe not now anyway.
