I'm just curious, have there been any reports of any Apple Stores getting big shipments of anything lately? I know iMacs have been dwindling down, but I have not heard any reports of any big shipments. If I remember correctly a few previous computers were shipped to the stores before it's release and it was here on MacRumors.

Also I remember reading somewhere where Steve said there will be no case redesigns this year or something. Is that true?

There will be a new case design for the iMac Tomorrow(Tuesday). Thats part of the reason why shipments have dwindled down.

I don't remember hearing that. Do you remember where/when you read this? I'd have thought we'd have seen this on MR if he had really said it.

It was here on MR (User post) so it was probably false.

Dude, there were a huge number of shipments last week (at least from the number of FedEx trucks outside the local one) -- mainly due, I suspect, to the Education No-Sales-Tax Holidays that occurred all over the country last weekend.
