Been getting this issue for the past week. Tried on Mac/PC, different browsers -- gets to this crap and just spins away, doing absolutely nothing. I want to schedule a call back because I can't stand that automated service where you have to give your life story before being transferred through to somebody. It's really starting to drive me up the wall. I'm in the UK; anybody else have this issue?

Just to clarify it's on https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action. It lets you fill in all the details, the description of the problem, your serial number, and then does naff all when loading the service options.

Just to advise it's only when creating a new issue for MacBooks … Apple TV support options work fine.

You should DEFINITELY get the app on iOS. I've definitely been critical about Apple on many fronts....but the app literally connects you to someone if you even just wanna text message. I have AppleCare on certain products....so, not certain if the app itself requires some sort of AppleCare subscription, or if it's free to use for anything Apple-related.

What app are we talking about?

'Apple Support' app for iOS. I stumbled upon it kind've randomly. Basically - if you have any issues Apple-related (i.e. Macs, iPads, iwhatever)...they're literally there to help you in seconds. Highly recommended, especially since it would be more difficult than it should be to get in contact with Apple straight off the site.
