I bought the 15 along with a fine woven case. I traded in my old phone but they made me doing it through the trade in kit.
A week later I returned the Finewoven case and my receipt is all butchered, showing both the case and the phone returned, but they added a “NEW ITEM-EXCHANGE AT RETAIL” to the receipt. So the system appears to have returned both the 15 and the case, but they added that code so my net refund was only the cost of the case.
Is this going to screw up my trade in refund? Because my trade in complete email just came in and it says “You may receive some or all of your credit on an Apple Gift Card”. Anyone else with a trade in can you please confirm if that verbiage is on your trade in receipt as well?
Really hope I don’t get stuck with a $650 gift card. Thanks all!
