I boxed up my device and since it had to be returned by FedEx, I dropped it off at my local dollar General since they take FedEx packages. Otherwise to go to an actual FedEx location it would I’d been an hour drive vs 10 minutes. I handed them my trade in box and they can’t get their handheld thing to scan the FedEx label. I ended up leaving it there and with my phone number and was told they would call me if FedEx wouldn’t take it. When I look up the tracking number on FedEx, it shows up as label created. Wouldn’t you think if FedEx shows up and can’t scan it they would see the tracking number in their system. Need some insight. Thanks.

I used the prepaid label that was inside the trade in kit, stuck it over the old label. The lady was trying to tell me a barcode was missing on the label. The label didn’t say FedEx or ups at all, the only way I knew was to look up the tracking number and on fedexs website is where it popped up on.

Did your trade in eventually arrive? Looks like you had same issue that I and others had and documented here.

No, it never did. The tracking number just shows label created. I did contact Apple last week and told them what went on and then contacted them this past weekend also. They did eventually send and email saying they were sorry for the inconvenience and they issued my full trade in credit on Monday. Have no idea if it even went there at all.
