Just a quick rant to nobody in particular ... just what they he** did Apple do to voice dictation? On earlier iPhones or OS's, it was pretty rock solid. On the iP8 and/or iOS11 it is simply the PITs! More often than not, I'll dictate a text, then look back at what was transcribed, and even I can't tell what I was on about. Either I have had a stroke and everyone is being 'kind' and not telling me that I speak gibberish, or the voice recognition system has become almost unusably borked for my intonation. Sheesh, if Apple wants to get into the home assistant market, they'd better step up their game if they want to compete with Amazon or Google in that area. Strangely, my Apple Watch LTE does a very good job of transcribing dictation. Much much better than my iP8, go figure.

Thanks, done.
