Apple TV 2nd Gen and 4x4 HDMI Matrix Problem

I just bought this from monoprice.com 4X4 True Matrix HDMI® Powered Switch w/ Remote (Rev. 3.0) 5704

My Apple TV 2nd gen is not showing up through the matrix.

Just a black screen.

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

Monoprice support just closed so I lost my chance for calling them tonight.

solved

I switched the hdmi cable for a "stronger" one. I don't really understand 22awg or 24awg, etc..but I had a couple different ones from monoprice and these others worked.
