Weakkkkk so what's the clock difference like 400mhz? Probably still has the same amount of ram with a minor bump in flash mem (16gb?), I was really hoping to see at least an iPhone 4s a5 in there but I guess for 99 dollars that probably is pushing it

The A5 is based on the Cortex A9 where as the A4 is based on the Cortex A8. Mhz is an indirect comparison as it would be like comparing a Core2duo processor to a Core i#. You can only do "one thing" at a time with an AppleTV so I'm not sure why it would be weak to use a single core processor? It is powerful enough to display 1080P video and Airplay mirroring, what more do you want?

Not taking the time to think thru your post, now that's weak.

Considering the H264 is hardware decoded - all that matters is the new decoder is more capable of 1080p content. The processor doesn't really matter too much.
