Apple TV Apple TV 3 vs Jailbroken Apple TV 2

I'm in the market for an TV. I currently have an Xbox 360 with Windows Media Center, which I can use to play my content over my network, but I would really like to easily play my music over the TV as well as both iOS and Mac mirroring. I have come to a tough decision however, a jailbroken TV 2 or a new TV 3.

Any suggestions? I know the TV 3 brings 1080p, but can't the JB TV 2 do that as well?

IMO ATV2 Jailbroken is far more valuable than than ATV3. Every online site where you can purchase both shows the same. There is no "light at the end of the tunnel" as to when they will have a Jailbreak for the 3 so I'd soon rather get a 2 and start enjoying the benefits now...
