So given the iPad 2 is out with a5 and 1080p are we gonna see these in the atv2?? What do you guys think?

Only if it is necessary for some TV-specific function (e.g. ATV apps).
If putting in the A5 will do nothing to the end-user experience, I doubt it. Except if it saves Apple money in that they don't need to keep on producing the A4.

I dont think they'd release atv3 yet. It took them forver to come out with atv2. And if were for something like atv apps they could do that over software updates. The only reason to release another atv would be for hardware upgrade, but now that everything is streamed and theres hardly anything to do with hardware i dont think it would make sense to release another one. Unless apple plays its usualy trick of releasing something "new" but only changing a few minor details. Dont get me wrong love apple but I dont jump at every thing they throw.

The a4 chips gfx isnt quick enough for 1080 hence why is see the upgrade tbh!

Yes but there's no 1080p media on iTunes, and most people don't have Internet connections up to that kind of load (to say nothing of bandwidth caps) so there's arguably little demand.

Apple aren't interested in feature check boxes. No 1080p media, ergo no need for 1080p playback.

If Apple keep the iphone 4 around for another year as the budget option, there will be a supply of A4 chips for another year.
