Apple TV 3rd Gen Intermittently "Waking" While in Sleep Mode

Has anyone experienced the following issue with their 3rd generation Apple TV?

Every 30 minutes or so, the Apple TV will recover from sleep mode and turn on for 20 to 30 seconds, then go back to sleep.

I thought this may have something to do with the device sending data back to Apple, so I turned off that option, but that didn't fix the problem.

Anyone know how to stop the device from doing this?

Mine is doing the exact same thing, got it the other day and I've noticed every now and again it comes back to life then goes to sleep. Strange.

I have the 3rd generation as well and haven't had any problems with this...yet. Knock on wood. Could be because I rarely turn it off though
