I have a 2nd gen
tv that is connected to my airport extreme router via an ethernet cable (they're right next to each other on my shelf).
The airport extreme is sending out both 2.4ghz and 5ghz signals via Wi-Fi. My iPad connects to it perfectly and I am able to do screen mirroring to the
tv perfectly, however my iPhone 4s cannot screen mirror to the tv. It can airplay the songs just fine, but not the screen mirror. I am figuring that the iPad connects to the TV via 5ghz, and the iPhone via 2.4ghz (iPhone doesnt have the capability to connect via 5ghz)
So my question is - is there a way to limit the
tv to connect to 2.4 ghz via the lan as opposed to connecting it via wifi?
