I just bought Appke TV and for some reason Homesharing isn't working. On the screen it says it's loading my library anfnthen it fails. I wonder if it has to do with iTunes 10.3?

I've been having this issue as well. Sometimes it's fixed by relaunching iTunes on the iMac, sometimes by turning home sharing off then back on the ATV, and sometimes nothing works so I say screw it and watch something on Netflix.
Is your Mac connected to your router via wireless or wired. I was having issues with mine until I hard wired my Mac & router then voila perfect

Mac is wireless. Has to be since the router is by the tv with ATV and XBOX hardwired.

My new Apple TV is connected via my wifi network. It was a very easy setup, but it's not able to play any content from my iTunes. I have restarted my Mac, left iTunes up and running, and restarted Apple TV....no luck.
I'm just wondering if it has something to do with the new version of iTunes, 10.3.1
