Apple TV and Netflix HDCP Error

Anyone else getting the HDCP HDMI error when trying to view Netflix movies on the Apple TV2? The device has not been jailbroken.

AppleTV2 HDCP error w/ Netflix or any HD content

I find the error occurred after I updated the firmware prior to this last one. I associate the error with anytime I try to watch Netflix (error occurs after 3 sec) or anytime I try to stream any Apple content that is in HD. I seems that since Apple was getting ready for the new AppleTV3 with 1080p ability the new firmware has caused the HDCP problems with the AppleTV2. I have tried all the fixes that have been mentioned on the net with no satisfaction. Any one have any answers??
