Apple TV app availability

Does anyone know if the Apple TV App will ever be available like... worldwide? Because where I am right now it doesn't seem to exist. I've searched the App Store on the Apple TV and iPhone and there's no sign of the TV app. I even changed my location to United States and still no TV App.

May take time to reach other countries, maybe never in some regions.

Changing your location won’t make the TV App appear, it’s all down to what iTunes Store your logged into.
