I manage two iPads for my kids, each of which had a bunch of movies downloaded for them in the :apple:TV app. The iPads were recently updated to iOS 13 (now 13.2) and today one of the kids brought their iPad to me and asked "where are my movies?" I could not find the app on the iPad, so I opened the App Store thinking maybe it was somehow deleted, but instead it gave me the option to "Open" the app. When launched through the App Store, it opened up and all of the downloaded movies were there. So there is no icon to launch it, and the App Store shows it as already being installed (plus rummaging through Settings, the movies are definitely still on the HD). I am not aware of an option to "hide" the app icon, and am not sure what could have happened to it. I checked the other iPad and it is having the same issue. I turned both iPads off and on but the icon didn't appear. Suggestions?

Happened to me.
It's blocking it as adult by default apparently.
Go to Settings-Screen Time-Content & Privacy Restrictions and turn it off.
Apple TV's icon should reappear

That worked, thanks! But is it an all or nothing proposition? It looks like all content blockers are disabled with that. It used to be more granular, no? Have the TV app and still have certain blocks and restrictions on content.
