Hi there,

I did a fresh install on Catalina on my iMac 5K Late 2015, I am trying to re-download all the movies I have bought from iTunes over the years though the Apple TV app, figured just go cold turkey and start new library's since iTunes is gone and start fresh. I was able to re-download 3/4 off them, the rest I get this error: stopped (err = -11800) Its not my internet connection as I was able to download the other 3/4 of them, and I am using a wired connection with Unlimited Data on Shaw 600, has anyone else ran into this issue? I do keep my Library on a external thunderbolt drive as I have over 2TB of movies and TV Shows.

Nope, I have sent a email to Apple yesterday so I am waiting for a reply back.

Good luck with that. Mine couldn’t tell me a thing besides reinstall the OS. Or one said call broadband provider. Even though I said beta fine look these download. And your connected to it. Also they download to iOS it’s fine.

Catalina has also ballsed my photos up too I can’t access the library. So far it’s looking I will have to manually extract thembut loose all my albums. I feel 13 and catalina we’re not ready. IMO. Sorry rant there.

I'm having this issue. I have this app going to a new 2TB NvME drive. If I default the setting back to default location, it works. Not sure why it doesn't want to work on the NvME drive.

Edit: I can download TV shows but not Movies. Maybe an issue with 10.15.1 Beta (19B77a).

I fixed the issue, used a backup and rolled back to Mojave. Now everything works again. Pictures that I couldn’t import due to random errors, well imported. Lol. I’ll skip this os for now

Same issue here. macOS 10.15.7. I open up my Home Videos directory every time i import to see which ones the TV app forgot that it imported during import.

Importing 1 file at a time seems to be mostly stable.
