Hey all -- I have an issue that stretches across ALL of my iDevices (iPhone 14 Pro, several iPads). If I go into the Apple TV app and then go to Library > Movies, the following movies have no thumbnail images, either in the list of movies or if I go into the page for the movie:

Bullet Train
Close Encounters of the Third Kind
Spider-Man: No Way Home

Does anyone else see this same issue with these movies?

Thanks -- aside from the three movies I mentioned, which you also mentioned, I do not own any of the other movies you listed. Clearly the issue extends far beyond the three movies I listed.

I've tried reporting this to Apple, but there's just no way to know if they have seen the reports or if they even care.

Does anyone have any ideas about whether there is anything we can do to "kick" these and make them work, or if they are just plain broken for everyone?

FYI that this issue resolved for me today, for all three movies I listed, when I updated my iPhone to iOS 16.4. I definitely recommend updating!
