Apple Tv at the cottage

thinking of getting Atv but need to know:
Can I down load movies shows etc at home over my network, then take ATV to the cottage that has no network at all and play what I have down loaded ?

As long as you have the movies on AppleTV's hard drive, then yes.

Should work if you BUY stuff. For rentals, you need a connection to the iTunes store, afaik.
