Hey apple TV users

My workplace is currently trying to find a solution how to present our clients products on their Flatscreens, with good quality.
Most of our clients currently use dvd-players with their flatscreens, but it's still not as good as if a computer was connected and it's not even HD quality.

so my question is, can the Apple TV loop video without lag and can it repeat a video track?

We are really interrested in the Apple TV because of it's size, oppertunity to show 720p video and it has a nice price tag.

couldn't find anything about that simple feature on apple's site. Can't understand why they don't add it, they would defentily sell more of them in the commercial industry

You could use the homebrew perl-plugin for auto-looping the content of a certain directory. Don´t know if anyone already tried (and succeeded) ...

cheers,
oegie

itunes 7.3

hey again

can someone check if the latest iTunes update provides the feature described above? thx

No, there is no auto-loop capability in Apple TV 1.1 software and iTunes 7.3 doesn't change that.
