Question for you guys any help would be much appreciated well I just got a Apple TV 4K and it keeps shutting my TV off after I’ve been away from it and not playing anything how do I make it so my aucatal tv doesn’t turn off

If you want to delay when your ATV goes to sleep, Settings > General > Sleep After.
If you want to turn off CEC, where your other devices (like your cable box, ATV, DVR, or game console) communicate with & control your TV, you'll need to check your manufacturer's guide or just dig around the settings to find it.
