Since updating my Apple TV today and updating iTunes on my computer, now my Apple TV likes to stop playing video over Home Sharing from time to time.

I am. Just posted in another thread, but I cannot get any movies to play after updating to iTunes 11 and 5.1.1
Jut the message "an error has occurred. Try again later" pops up when I select a title to play.
No idea what is going on.
