Apple TV in Italy?

Hello, I was wondering why the Apple TV 2 has not come to Italy....?

Also since that doesn't ship to Italy it doesn't make sense to me that Apple removed also the old model from the store, only way to get it is refurbished.

If any of you have any ideas of why this is I'd like to hear them :)
