Hi All - by any chance, does the apple tv (which i just ordered one) bridge wireless to the wired ethernet port - ie bridge the wireless network to an older xbox etc?

thanks,
Brett

Shame that it doesn't do this - I for one would find it immensely handy, as long as some QoS were applied to give priority to ATV traffic over the bridged traffic and to also rate limit the traffic when the ATV is busy to avoid stealing CPU cycles for bridging packets rather than playing video.

It is probably these concerns that have prevented Apple enabling (since it is in MacOS) this feature on the ATV.

Cheers, Ed.
