Hi, I wonder if someone can help.

I recently moved and my apple TV's performance over Wifi is bad in my new house. It was suggested to me that i try Homeplug AV, and until now its been successfull.

i used to have the connections as follows

iMac>AEBS>homeplug>NBG318s(as an AP)>Apple TV

This has worked well but the AEBS has gone wrong and so I decided to replace it. Because of the success I had with the NBG318s as an AP to the AEBS, I decided to buy a second one to act as my main Router. so now I have

iMac>NBG318s(Router)>homeplug>NBG318s(as an AP)>Apple TV

All seemed to be running well, apple TV got its DHCP IP, connected, updated software, but it cannot connect to itunes.

Using the Bonjour Browser as recommended elsewhere in this forum it seems the Apple TV connection is not getting through to the iMac.

Any Thoughts ?

Many Thanks

I have the same problem with Bonjour raop (AirTunes) protocol intermittent across a powerline connection between 2 NBG318s. It will connect sometimes, then drop the connection. Did you ever solve your issue?

only by switching the powerline adapters to the standard basic none router type.

Seems to be a config on the 318's that i could never find out how to resolve.

I tried a lot of different things, even multipl firmware flashes and revisions. :-(

it might not look promising i'm afraid.....
