All Devices Apple TV Notifications in 2020

Since January 1st, I stopped receiving notifications from the TV app for sports and new episodes in Up Next.

On December 31st, I received 16 notifications but none since.

Is anybody else getting TV app notifications?

Same here! I don’t even recall when was the last time I’ve received a notification from that app.

I never got any notifications. did not even know that’s a thing. You can get notifications for ATV+?

Have you gone into Notifications and checked to make sure nothing toggled off the TV app notifications? Even if they're toggled on, I would toggle them off and then on again. Frustrating but sometimes needs to be done.

I tried that. They were working perfectly reliably then just stopped.

My wife also isn’t getting them. Hers were working perfectly reliably too until Jan 1st – then just stopped. We’re in NYC.

Just to confirm, this notification was from the Apple TV app? Was it shown on your iOS device and/or Apple TV?

It was a push notification for the game starting, or exciting event?

I also haven't received notifications of new episodes since the last week in December. I normally get notification on my iPhone and Apple Watch. At least on the AppleTV the episodes are there to watch.
Not a big issue for me.

Don’t know if I received it on the phone as it was in the other room. Close game alert. Haven’t noticed any since though

Can anyone try:
• Add an upcoming sports game to Up Next.
• See if a notification is received when the game starts.
