Is it at all possible to play music out of my apple tv if my actual TELEVISION is not on? I have my apple TV routed through my receiver, and then my receiver takes the signal to my tv. It seems that if the TV is off, audio won't go ... Is there a way to make that work? I have a Denon 1912. Thanks!
