Apple TV+ today shared another teaser trailer for the second season of the critically-acclaimed workplace thriller "Severance."

Apple previously announced that the 10-episode second season of "Severance" will premiere on Friday, January 17, and then one episode will follow every Friday through March 21. The first season ended in April 2022, so fans have waited a long time for the show to return, partly due to the Writers Guild of America going on strike last year.

The sci-fi series revolves around the mysterious company Lumon Industries, whose employees cannot recall any memories about their personal lives while they are at work. Similarly, the employees cannot remember anything about the workplace when they are out of the office. In the second season, Apple says the employees "learn the dire consequences of trifling with the severance barrier, leading them further down a path of woe."

"Severance" was created by Dan Erickson, and Ben Stiller serves as an executive producer. The series has an ensemble cast, including Adam Scott, Britt Lower, Tramell Tillman, Zach Cherry, Christopher Walken, and others.

In the U.S., Apple TV+ costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year, and the service is included in all Apple One subscription bundles.

Really liked Season One, but it left me with a few unanswered questions.
Without spoiling anything, the main mystery itself hasn't been solved still :D

Off-topic but is anyone else getting this error on any embedded Youtube videos on any sites that aren't Youtube? I'm signed in on YouTube and this doesn't give me an option to sign in to be able to watch the video. Learn More just makes the screen go gray.

Yeah I’ve been getting that everywhere. I tried turning off my content blocker, didn’t help. Funny enough, enabling iCloud private relay actually got the message to go away and the video plays for me.

I have private relay enabled as well but that doesn't seem to fix it. Happening on all sites too. I have a DNS adblocker on, I'll try disabling it to see if that fixes it.

Great show, terrible delivery. I hope they either wrap it up with Season 2 or go less than 3 years before Season 3. The actors are going to start aging out if nothing else!

Could be VPN related since thousands share same ip/location and among them are bots. Try the AppleTV app see if you can watch the trailer there.

Good first season - I hope they don't pull a Lost on this and drive off several cliffs, none of which make sense.
Just as with Lost, I already lost hope halfway through the first season that the premise can be resolved in any believable way.

Masterpiece of a tv series
100%. I find it the most interesting, original, refreshing active series. Teh cinematography is as good as it gets. Teh casting is superb. The writing, again, so refreshingly original. The acting is superb. They hav set it up for a killer second season. Interested to see where they take us. I'll definitely want to binge s1 in time for the s2 debut.
